Dr. Rose's area of expertise is Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. I have had 30 years experience in case review and deposition and trial testimony for both sides of the bar. The chief service that I provide is keeping attorneys from pursuing "lost causes". Other areas of expertise include airway problems, hearing loss, and airway fires due to lasers or electrical equipment. In 2004 I testified for a plaintiff,severely injured by intranasal surgery. Settled during summation for $2MILLION. I also was instrumental in obtaining 3 other larger settlements in 2004.
