Standard of Care expert regarding the residential, residential income and property management fields. Jointly established and founded a state-wide expert witness group made up of over 150 experts all over the State of California. Have been testifying in the above fields since mid-80's, appeared in court over 100 times, been deposed in excess of 175 times. Spoke at numerous state and national conventions regarding "Expert Witnessing". Have written and given a course (entitled) "How to be an Expert Witness" numerous times.
