Mr. O'Connor is certified in both Orthotics (braces for the body) and Prosthetics (artificial limbs)by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics. He has been in private practice since 1979 and his practice is one of the few accredidated residency sites in the U.S. He lectures at hospitals and medical groups on a regular basis.
