Dr. Rodino has over 30 years experience as president and vice president of major real estate investment, development and management firms and as a real investment analyst. Rodino Associates specializes in urban development analyses for cites and developers. Great Urban Places develops multi-family residential and mixed-use in-fill properties. He is a lecturer at UCLA's Graduate Department of Urban Planning teaching Real Estate Development and Finance. Dr. Rodino has had recent experience as an expert witness in two real estate investment cases. His Ph.D is in Urban Planning focused on urban development. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
