Mr. Reed has over 25 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of trucks, tractor-trailors and equipment along with 10 years in management of operations, safety and maintenance in the trucking industry. He has 3 years teaching in the Ohio Vocational School system and has worked as a consultant/expert since 1989. He has worked on many cases involving truck driver issues along with maintenance or failure issues with commercial vehicles or their systems for both Plaintiff & Defense. Assists accident reconstructionist with the characteristics and tendencies of large trucks as well as the inner-workings and modern technology of the trucking industry. Performs complete inspection of vehicles for defects or to certify safety in accordance to proper procedures, regulations, and standards. Reviews and audits computer records, cellular or "GPS" tracking records, driver logs and required documents of the trucking industry for compliance to regulations.
