Mr. Kirkpatrick is a licensed Prof. Eng. in N.Y., N.J., and Pa. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in N.J. He has practiced Civil and Forensic Eng. and Land Surveying for more than 40 years. He is familiar with the standard of care for Engineers and Surveyors in the field of Real Estate development and construction, Municipal and Public Works Engineering as well as Land Surveying disputes. He has served as an Arbitrator, a Mediator and has testified in Court, before Goverment Agencies and at depositions.
