Robert Domini, MBA, MAI, specializes in expert witness testimony in eminent domain, tax appeal and government acquisitions in Ohio, Michigan, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Florida. Clients include the Federal Government, Department of the Interior, and State Departments of Transportation. Types of property appraised are hotels, churches, restaurants, banks and auto dealerships. He has completed appraisals for the government and for the property owner such as that of a GSA-leased property in West Virginia. Demand Studies and Feasibility are areas of expertise. He has twenty years' experience in real estate appraisal. His educational background is a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance and an MBA in Finance from Bowling Green State University.
Related experience outside appraising includes the development of business properties and condominium properties and the construction of single-family residences. Mr. Domini curently owns condominium properties in the State of Florida.
He has had the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute since 1995, and is a member of the International Right of Way Association.
He is past president of the Cardinal Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently serving as the Region V Chapter Services Chairman of the Appraisal Institute.
