Bob is a frequent speaker on the subject of health care. He has lectured several times in 1998-2000 at a certificate program on managed care jointly sponsored by the University of Miami Schools of Medicine and Business.

A: No.

A: Mr. Dobson has provided expert witness testimony in 20-30 cases over the course of his career as a health actuary. He has given depositions on 10-20 occasions and has testified in court 5 times. He has also been involved in administrative hearings and arbitration.

Mr. Dobson has testified before U.S. congressional committees and state legislatures, including:
- U.S. Congress Senate Finance Committee
- U.S. Congress House Ways & Means Committee
- Three state legislative groups
