Robert J. Berton has over four decades of private practice of law in San Diego, Ca, with emphasis on real estate (both commercial and residential), and probate (including trusts, and estate planning). He has represented real estate developers, landlords, tenants, purchasers and sellers, real estate brokerage and mortgage firms, and title and escrow companies. He is a native Southern Californian, and is familiar with real estate throughout that region. For three decades he was a partner in a major San Diego Lawfirm. He also served as in-house legal counsel for real estate oriented companies.
