Robert B. Berrigan is the former Licensing Deputy of the California Contractors State License Board. Further, he is an experienced construction attorney. He has qualfied as an expert numerous times in California Superior Court trials on contractor license issues. The most common issues are whether the contractor had the proper classification to perform a project or the effect of Business & Professions Code section 7031 on the litigation.
