A member of the Industrial Designers Society of America and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society with more than 40 years of professional experience. During his academic career as a tenured Professor at Pratt Institute, he lectured internationally and had written and taught Universal Design and the ADA.
During the past 25 years he has been retained as an Industrial Design expert in 143 intellectual property cases, with extensive experience in design and utility patents, copyright, trademark and trade dress litigation. .
