Mr. Roy has over 45 years experience in construction, specializing in construction contract disputes and claims. He works throughout the US and abroad. He is a licensed Attorney in Louisiana and Texas and a Professional Construction Engineer, licensed in Louisiana, Texas and Puerto Rico. He is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He has testified as an expert in more than 25 trials and arbitrations, both state and federal, jury and non jury. He has given dozens of depositions under oath. He has worked with both plaintiffs and defendants in construction related litigation. He has resolved hundreds of cases involving hundreds of millions in damages.
