Richard L. Murphy has been a licensed general real estate appraiser for over 20 years and holds the SRA designation of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Murphy has a long history in the real estate, brokerage, and development business in South Louisiana. Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in Right-of-Way and condemnation, testimony and export witness work, insurance and succession work including retrospective appraisals.
