Dr. Kleiman is a Board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with a busy private practice. His interests include causation issues in Orthopaedics. He has over 22 years experience in medico-legal issues and has trial testimony experience. His surgical interests include arthroscopic surgery, and upper and lower extremity surgery. He has extensive experience in evaluating and treating Spine injuries including the long term effects of these injuries. He evaluates workers compensation, disability, personal injury and negligence cases.
Dr. Kleiman retired from active practice in January 2010. He continues to maintain active medical-legal practice including expert witness, peer review, record review, utilization review.
