RAYMOND LEE, Ph.D. – Object visibility, Lighting and Meteorology
The morning news cast covers a story about a crash involving a school bus and a minivan. Foggy conditions may have contributed to the accident. Who was at fault? Could it have been prevented?
Those are reasonable questions about which most people would wonder. Raymond Lee, Ph.D. can help answer those questions. Dr. Lee specializes in meteorology, object visibility and lighting. He’s been a research professor at the U.S. Naval Academy for 15 years, and is a six-time winner of National Science Foundation grants. He’s given testimony and depositions nationally, and he has researched and written more than 100 technical reports for both civil and criminal cases during the past 15 years.
Dr. Lee is a member of the American Meteorological Society and the Optical Society of America.
