Dr. Blount, MD is a board certified physiatrist specializing in spinal cord injury, amputation, and traumatic brain injury and works full time in an acute inpatient rehab facility. Dr. Blount received fellowship training in musculoskeletal medicine and has an active university-based medical practice diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal complaints and injuries. Dr. Blount is also board certified in electrodiagnostic medicine and performs and interprets nerve conduction studies and electromyography. Dr. Blount has certification through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and conducts IME's on a frequent basis.
