Mr. Knowe has 23 years handling bad faith litigation for national carriers, testified as the sole corporte rep for 12 straight years in deposition and at trial on bad faith litigation. He managed and directed bad faith exposures from lawsuit, until resolved. He worked with DOI on company practices and guidlines for proper handling, worked in all areas of claims from adjuster to corporate policy, created company standards, policy wording and best practices. He is an experienced insurance expert, with proven experience handling bad faith, custom and practice, construction defects, CGL, Home Owners, General Liability, medical malpracice, arson, fraud, marine, hotel, commercial property, business interruption, commercial trucking, CAT losses, auto, boating, coverage disputes and policy interpretation.
