Construction Litigation, Construction Accidents, Personal Injury, OSHA, Insurance Investigtions, and Construction Claims. We focus on accident investigations, civil & architectural design issues, site safety, personal injury, OSHA compliance, construction defects, CPM scheduling, construction delays, claim preparation, forensic engineering and resolution of contract disputes.

Paul Gogulski is a professional engineer with 40 years experience as general contractor, Director of Facilities for Teradyne, Project Officer for New York City School Construction Authority, Project Manager for New York City Transit, Owners Representative for Disney, and Resident Construction Manager for General Electric.

Mr. Gogulski is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of construction and design from an owner's perspective as well as from that of the general contractor and architect/engineer.
