We also charge 10% administrative fee to cover charges that include report production, routine duplication, library services, and clerical support. In addition to our fees, we are reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses relating to travel (airfare, hotel, meals, etc.), overnight delivery, and any other required and approved expenditures.

Terms of payment are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (18% per annum).
