Norm’s products expertise is hard to match. He has investigated nearly 500 cases ranging from farm equipment to curling irons in a wide range of incidents involving design, manufacturing, injuries, and fires.
Norm has developed and produced appliances, housewares, and cookware. In commercial products, Norm’s experience is just as impressive. He has managed engineering functions related to the production of complex semiconductor process equipment and worked with manufacturing equipment and packaging products.
Norm has worked at some of the largest manufacturing firms in the country, including Hamilton Beach and Farberware. He had been certified as a Manufacturing Engineer in the field of Product Engineering for Manufacturing by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers; he’s a Certified Fire Investigator, and he’s a Private Investigator in four states.
