Norbert L. Lohse is an architect registered in California, Arizona and Texas, and a licensed general contractor in California. Mr. Lohse has more than 35 years in the construction industry as either a designer, contractor, or expert witness, specializing on the building envelope water intrusion issues. For the last 20 years Mr. Lohse's primary focus has been construction defect litigation, while still remaining active in design and construction. He's testified in court nearly 2-dozen times and has been deposed on more than 350 occasions on somewhere around 500 cases. Some of his cases have netted his clients more than $10,000,000.
