I am a clinical and forensic psychologist in clinical and private practice. I have over 25 years of experience as a professional in the field of psychology and psychotherapy. I have had teaching experience in a few universities. My psycho-legal experience began in 1990 with mostly employment injuries, however, it has expanded to other areas as described in this site.
I would be interested to work with attorneys of either plaintiff or defense. I also would like to provide my consulting services.
I have provided my expert opinions in over fifty depositions and over twenty trials.
I have developed my approach in working with the attorney who would like to retains me as follows:
1. If possible I would like to be initially involved as a consultant so the attorney can decide wether or not it is at the best interest of his/her client to retain me also as the testifying expert witness.
2. Reviewing all the records pertinent to the case.
3. Examination of the plaintiff or defendent, and interviewing the relevant involved individuals whenever possible.
4. Providing my opinions regarding the weaknesses and strengths of the case to the attorney.
5. Assisting the attorney in preparation in taking the depositions of the other side's experts.
6. Preparing with the attorney for trial.
