He has nearly 20 years experience in the employment and union relations field. He is a skilled advocate, mediator and negotiator. He previously worked in Senior Executive Human Resource and Labor Relations positions for General Electric (GE Capital, NBC Television), Chrysler Corporation, Frito Lay/PepsiCo, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, Tenneco Automotive, and The Stanley Works (Stanley Tools, Mac Tools). Mr. Wayland is on the mediation panel for the Franklin County (OH) Courts, Divorce Mediation Services of Florida, and Christian Divorce Services (NC & OH).
