Mr. Wayland is a Professor of Business at Methodist University and a professional mediator. He provides Employment and HR related expert witness services and Vocational Assessment, to attorneys and their clients across the country. He has nearly 20 years experience in the employment and union relations field. He is a skilled advocate, mediator and negotiator. He previously worked in Senior Executive Human Resource and Labor Relations positions for General Electric (GE Capital, NBC Television), Chrysler Corporation, Frito Lay/PepsiCo, AlliedSignal/Honeywell, Tenneco Automotive, and The Stanley Works (Stanley Tools, Mac Tools). Mr. Wayland is on the mediation panel for the Franklin County (OH) Courts, Divorce Mediation Services of Florida, and Christian Divorce Services (NC & OH).

As a witness, Mr. Wayland is viewed as highly credible and professional, yet down to earth and likeable in a way that Jurors, Judges and Arbitrators respond to very positively. These same attributes carry over in how clients view him as a third party neutral and as a consultant.
