Mr. Mariscalco is a professional engineer, consultant and forensic specialist, with over 30 years of multi-disciplined experience in planning, designing and constructing industrial and commercial facilities for the chemical/petrochemical, pharmaceutical, steel, cement, plastics, automotive, food & beverage, utilities and power generation industries, as well as educational and institutional facilities. His experience includes project development, plant/building siting and design, process design and control, systems design, and construction administration. These activities have involved all phases of conceptual planning, design engineering and procurement, code compliance, safety (process and machine) and OSHA compliance.
Mr. Mariscalco maintains particular expertise in accident reconstruction (non-automotive), failure analyses, damage assessments related to building design and construction, crane-related construction failures, HVAC, plumbing, construction and commissioning, structural systems, boilers/pressure vessels and pressure piping, ventilation and air pollution control systems. This expertise includes claims related to negligence and intentional torts, as well as professional design negligence, for both plaintiff and defense.
