Michael is a Civil Engineer (MSCE) with more than 25 years of experience in the design, planning, and delivery of high-value projects for both the government and private sectors. He has operated water, waste water and industrial treatment systems and has conducted and directed environmental investigations and hazardous waste remediation in line with the EPA Superfund requirements; these projects were performed under the regulatory framework of the Department of Energy (DOE), EPA, OSHA and the Department of Transportation.

Michael is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and has been a Project Manager for technical studies, system design, capital construction, and software development in industrial manufacturing and DOE nuclear facilities. He has particular expertise in modifications to existing specialized spaces to meet new requirements such as high hazard laboratories, nuclear, and industrial manufacturing facilities; his construction administration background in these various environments provides him with expertise in construction economics.

Michael is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and is licensed in Colorado, as well as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) as accredited by the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards.
