Mr. Geyer has 20-years of professional experience in environmental engineering proceeded by 15-years of construction. He has built hundreds of structures and now specializes in high-hazard construction projects impacted by chemicals and/or biological agents. His areas of expertise include: construction defect; environmental forensics; asbestos; mold causation; moisture and building envelop performance; chemical vapor intrusion (methane, radon, H2S, landfill gas); outdoor and indoor air quality; industrial hygiene; construction and industrial safety; safety at solid waste facilities; and solar system design and installation. Mr. Geyer has provided testimony in San Diego, Los Angeles and Denver courts and over 1,000 hours of depositions and litigation support for attorneys.
