Dr. Foley has served as a medical expert witness since 1987 for both plaintiff and defense medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Dr. Foley has served as Chairman of several local hospital radiology departments, has published more than 28 scientific articles and made more than 200 scientific presentations at local, regional and national scientific meetings.
