Michael D. Cohen is a partner at SLGG. He directs the firm’s Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation and Litigation Services Practice Group. Michael has over twenty-six years of public accounting experience, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, business values, tax consequences, financing, funds-flow analysis, with substantial experience in forensic accounting, calculating loss of income, analysis of business contracts, and analysis of realty transactions.
