MedLegal Opinions is a consulting firm specializing in providing competent and honest medical opinions to the legal profession by clinically experienced, board-certified physicians in all medical specialties.

MedLegal Opinions was founded by a surgeon with over 20 years of experience in academic and clinical medicine and medical-legal matters who realized that the best way to prevent frivolous lawsuits was to provide attorneys with the most competent medical experts, who were most qualified to review a potential case and render an educated and honest opinion as to its merit. In this manner, those cases that are clearly malpractice or negligence can be identified and resolved early, while those that are not, which represent the vast majority, can also be identified and disposed of to avoid unnecessary expenses and heartache. This benefits all parities concerned by rewarding patients that have truly been victimized and decreasing the number of frivolous lawsuits, which cost tens of thousands of dollars to pursue, resulting in ever-increasing malpractice and health insurance premiums and untold emotional travail for unjustly accused physicians.

MedLegal Opinions provides several types of services:

MedLegal Opinions will put you directly in contact with the expert(s) who will provide you with a detailed review and analysis of the case and its merits and continue to serve as your medical expert through the conclusion of the case, including ongoing review and analysis, preparation of expert reports, depositions and testimony at trial.
