Dr. Reavis is an experienced consulting and trial expert for insurance litigation cases. He has deposition and trial experience in matters of coverage, underwriting, claims, marketing and relationships between insureds, producers and insurers. Experienced in bad faith cases and all lines of insurance he is proficient in review, research and preparation of reports.
Reavis is a published author in the areas of risk management and insurance. He has presented academic papers and testified before legislature and served as consultant to state regulators. He holds the CPCU, CLU, ARM and AIC professional designations. His experience includes several years with insurance companies prior to his academic positions.
