Maritime Mediation, Inc. provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in cases involving admiralty, maritime and transportation matters. All mediators are Florida bar certified admiralty and maritime trial lawyers, who are also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as circuit civil court mediators. The president, Kenneth Gale Hawkes, has been practicing maritime law since 1979, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the 5th and 11th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
