A: Marc Plaisted has worked with the legal industry as an expert witness in the franchise field since 2007. Marc has worked and lived franchising since a young child, owning his first franchise in 1990. He has either been a franchisee or franchisor since then. It was not until he began consulting in the franchise industry and he realized that there was a need to fill, that he considered becoming an expert witness.

A: Marc Plaisted will consult with the attorney and/or client regarding any issues as it relates to franchising. Marc has consulted with failing franchisees on behalf of the franchisor to assist the franchisee into compliance. Marc can act as an expert witness for a trial, arbitration, and/or mediation.
