A: I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Linkoping University in Sweden, and an MBA from London School of Economics and Political Science. I had two Postdoctoral fellowships at UCLA and Viewpoints Research Institute. Additionally, I am a TM Forum certified Digital Maturity and Transformation practitioner.
