Fisher Forensic Document Laboratory, Inc., (Laboratory) provides a state-of-the-art document laboratory to assist courts and clients determine the genuineness of documents. Clients who utilize the Laboratory's services include attorneys, insurance companies, government agencies, corporate security, licensed private investigators, and human resource personnel.
Services include most document examinations involving nondestructive testing, as well as preparation of reports, exhibits, testimony and specialized research for unique or complex document issues.
M. Patricia Fisher, the Laboratory's Director, has worked full time in the profession for twenty-one years. She has provided testimony in over 170 court proceedings, has published 16 articles, and frequently speaks at professional conferences. Ms. Fisher is a Board Certified Forensic Document Examiner and Certified Fraud Specialist.
The Laboratory, incorporated in 1982, is located in a secure building in the Jack London Square area of Oakland, California.
