Dr. Lynne Weber is a Managing Director who leads the Strategic Value Advisory practice for Duff & Phelps. She also provides expert analysis and testimony for complex commercial litigation, including product liability, anti-trust, contract, intellectual property / patent valuation and shareholder disputes. Dr. Weber has more than 25 years of experience consulting on market sizing; marketing strategy; transaction, pricing, product development and manufacturing strategy; competitive response; litigation; and valuation issues. She brings deep skills related to financial projections, “what if…” modeling, statistical analysis, risk assessment, optimization, and market research to her engagements.
