Ms. Kadosh, a practicing real estate broker, has provided attorneys with expert witness and litigation/arbitration support since 1987. She stands ready to testify to the standard of care and practices of California sales agents and supervising brokers with respect to real property transactions, including agency relationships, fiduciary duty, due diligence and disclosure. Ms. Kadosh particularly enjoys helping attorneys evaluate, develop and settle their cases prior to arbitration or litigation.
A real estate educator since 1983, Ms. Kadosh teaches risk management, disclosure, contracts and Ethics classes at local real estate associations. She has also taught Real Estate Practice at UC Berkeley Extension.
Ms. Kadosh, the revision author of the Real Estate Practice Instructor and Student Study Guides for the California community college system, also authored the Ethics chapter for the McGraw-Hill Real Estate Handbook.
She served as the 2000 and 2005 President of the Berkeley Association of REALTORS(R)and currently chairs its Professional Standards Committee.
Ms. Kadosh serves as an interboard arbitrator and mediator for the California Association of REALTORS(R).
