With a Florida Real Estate Broker license since 1978, Larry became a Realtor in 1990. As a working Realtor, he stopped counting after the first 1,000 customers and hundreds of closed transactions. Larry became expert at analyzing hundreds of ethics complaints during his 13+ years on the Board Grievance Committee, plus judging complaint and arbitration hearings on its Professional Standards committee. Larry was first retained as an expert witness in 2003, and has since worked for both plaintiffs and defendants in lawsuits arising from real estate transactions.
Larry estimates that he turns away two prospective cases for every one that he accepts.
With his experience in teaching and advertising, Larry is both comfortable and adept at explaining concepts to a jury.
