LANCE E. ROBSON, P.E. – Highway Engineering, Crash Reconstruction

During the past 20 years, Lance has provided field investigations, analysis, written reports and court testimony for several hundred cases related to highway design, construction, operation and maintenance, as well as reconstruction of motor vehicle crashes. Included in these cases are more than 200 crashes involving pedestrians, more than 80 crashes involving utility poles, and numerous crashes in construction work zones.

Through a number of consulting and project management positions, he’s supervised field engineering and field inspection for road and bridge projects, provided construction contracting for water and sewerage facilities, and provided engineering for water resources projects, including feasibility study preparation, master planning, detailed design, construction inspection and management.

Lance is licensed as a Professional Engineer in five states, and he maintains a number of professional affiliations, including the Transportation Research Board, the Institute of Traffic Engineers, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
