Mr. Mattman has over 30 years experience in security design, implementation, evaluation and administration, risk identification and systems operation. His professional career includes over 18 years in federal law enforcement with the United States Secret Service and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Since 1980, he has conducted threat and risk assessments and designed security programs throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and South America. Major projects in the Special Events area include designing and implementing security for the Olympic Torch Relay, Soccer World Cup Trophy Tour, HandsAcrossAmerica, and the recent fifty-state tour of the Bill-of-Rights.
