Joseph Lee Klapper, MD, is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases. A: 1. I charge a flat fee of $500.00 for the first one inch of medical records and $275.00 per inch thereafter. After my first review, I discuss the pros and cons as well as all relevant issues with counsel. If cousel decides to retain me, I operate at an hourly rate against a retainer.

A: 1. My hourly rate for deposition testimony is $750.00 per hour.

A: 1. I charge by the half or full day for expert testimony at trial. I charge $2500.00 for 1/2 day and $4500.00 for a full day in court.
