Dr Shershow is an expert in all aspects of hospital administration, medical staff affairs, and healthcare quality. He has a background as medical director of several large hospitals, a surveyor for the nation's largest hospital accreditation organization, and founder of a national hospital and healthcare consulting firm. He has testified as expert witness in cases dealing with hospital and physician quality, hospital and physician disputes, and issues surrounding medical staff credentialling and privileging.
