Mr. Schmidt is a highly trained, and experienced nationally recognized expert in responsible alcohol sales, dram shop, underage drinking, intoxicated patrons, stadiums/arenas, and liquor law compliance/security issues. He is a retired NJ State Police Alcoholic Beverage Detective, and thus has both intellectual, and practical experience with "Industry Standards of Care". He currently owns and operates a successful Responsible Alcohol Consulting Firm, and is a certified T.I.P.S Trainer. He has had 500+ court appearances, and over 25 years experience.
He has been highly trained in Courtroom Testimony Procedures by the New Jersey State Police, and is also an expert in Liquor Licensing Issues, and compliance with Liquor Liability Insurance requirements.
