Mr. Hoffer,J.D. has been engaged in over 100 cases in approximately 30 States as an expert witness involving breaches of fiduciary duties in probate estates, trusts, guardianships, agency and custodian accounts.
He has been a consultant to a national corporation which provides mutual funds and software to the trust industry and has been a consultant to bank trust departments, trust companies, banking associations, law firms and individual fiduciaries. He has worked for six different banks, one of them twice, started a pure trust company and has been a nationally recognized leader of the trust industry. He has spoken before thousands of trust officers and has been quoted in various banking and trust publications. He has very broad and very deep experience in managing three trust departments and one trust company.
