Mr. Hargett is a forensic document examiner with over 40 years government and private practice experience. He is the former Chief Document Examiner, U. S. Secret Service and has represented the Secret Service as an expert in 23 foreign countries; a published author in the area of handwriting identification/document examination; and is recognized as an expert domestically and internationally having testified over 400 times in courts of law to include twice before a Congressional sub-committee and has appeared at the World Tribunal, The Hague, Netherlands. Mr. Hargett also provides training and technical assistance in foreign countries as a contract Senior Forensic Advisor for the U. S. Justice Department.
