Dr. Teplinsky is a plastic reconstructive, burn and chronic wound, and hand surgeon. He is a Diplomate, American Board of Plastic Surgery and Attending Staff at UCLA, Department Plastic Surgery. He is the past President of the International College of Surgeons, U.S. Section, past Director, Residency & Staff Education Grossman Burn Center, Sherman Oaks Hospital, and past Director, Wound Care Center Sherman Oaks Hospital and Encino Hospital and present Director of Providence/Tarzana Wound Care Center Tarzana.
