Jim Blanco has been a Forensic Document Examiner/Expert for over 20 years with both full time Federal and State Government experience. As one of only 150 Certified Forensic Document Experts in the United States and Canada, we use the most modern equipment. Jim has rendered in excess of 5,000 opinions in fraud cases domestically and around the globe.
As an Examiner for the Federal Government, Jim's travels were extensive testifying as an Expert Witness in U.S. Courts around the United States and working cases for U.S. Territories and Protectorates.
Jim maintains consulting arrangements with government agencies on both coasts to include all casework for the California Secretary of State Elections Fraud Unit.
As a forensic document analyst, Jim has traveled to Guam, Singapore, South Africa, Mexico, Alaska and many other States in the U.S.A. to testify in both CIVIL and CRIMINAL cases.
