Our services include conceptual estimates, detailed estimates, scheduling, all preconstruction services, supervision of difficult projects, investigations of project defects, expert testimony and detailed reports.
JSCPM is a smaller management company so we can provide individual experienced quality attention to your needs. Our rates, or fees, are less than you will experience for larger highly staffed companies. JSCPM has been in business since 1993. We travel for half fee, and pass on all flight discounts to our clients .
We are experienced in working on all phases of projects from concepts to completion of construction. We provide management of site, infrastructure, grading, building projects, and management of all subcontractors. Our building and development projects have included all site and infrastructure work, commercial, high tech buildings including all interior improvements, industrial, hospital, school buildings, and some residential construction, and alteration of existing structures.
We are licensed in California as contractor under the classification of (B) and a building contractor and (A) general engineering construction (public works, roads, bridges, and other pubic facilities).
We are experienced in working with repairs required for all construction defects, preparing estimates of damages from defects, analysis of lost time and profits due to schedule problems, and all aspects of project forensic investigations.
