Mr. Glickman provides expert witness testimony and expert reports for the enhancement, reconstruction and recovery of photographic and video imagery. This includes photographic interpretation, objective data extraction, analytical and mathematical image modeling and image reconstruction. Mr. Glickman is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner, a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners, and a Member of the IEEE and ACM. He has been appointed by Governor Gregoire as a Member of the Washington State Forensic Investigations Council.
