A: As a management consultant since 1987, I have provided professional HR consultation services and advice to business owners, CEOs, boards, and HR leaders across the nation. I have consulted with organizations of all sizes, including for-profit, non-profit, public, and publicly traded companies. Since 1996, I have owned and operated the HR management consulting firm, Seawright & Associates, Inc., since 1996.
My consultation practice has focused on a variety of HR-related engagements such as executive advisory, regulatory compliance, management training and development, compensation plan design, internal investigations (including harassment), performance management programs, hiring systems, job descriptions and job profiles, employee opinion surveys, organizational development, HR due diligence and integration, employee handbook/policy development, and others.
