I am a Registered Nurse, Master's degree prepared, licensed in the State of New York. I have 23 years experience in nursing. My strenghts are in Long term care, however, I have worked for the City of New York, Health and Hospital Corps, in an acute care setting as a Senior Management Consultant. I am a past Director of nursing, and already have worked as a nurse expert. I am confident, and well versed in the NYS department of health regulations, as well as Medicare guidelines. I am a PUBLISHED author on Ventilators. I am graduating as a Legal Nurse Consultant on May 24th, 2008. I am familiar with Nursing standards of care, and can easily recognize when there has been a breach of duty, and proximate causation with damages. I can easily assess liability in Sentinel events. I am an independent Long term Care Consultant, and nursing educator.
